Q: How does Paracall work?
A: It is very easy way to make national and international calls through Paracall system. Once you have signed up, your registered numbers will allow you to make calls directly to any destination without the need for pins and cards . Just you dial the access number, wait for the prompt, dial the country code and the destination number and get connected.

Q: How can I sign up to Paracall?
A: The quickest way to sign up to Paracall is through our online registration form providing the required information to the form and click "Create Account". That's it, your account is created. It is straightforward, easy and will take no time at all. Our customer support team is always available to provide you with any assistance.

Q: Are there any subscription charges or registration fees?
A: No. It is completly free registration. Once you have signed up, you are ready to top up and go. You pay only if you buy or use any service for, like - if you make any call.

Q: How can I make a payment?
A: We have a safe and secure online payment system and accept all major credit and debit cards including Paypal checkout. We accept cash through our London Office and other direct outlets.

Q: Am I billed per minute?
A: We bill to you per second.

Q: Am I still charged if my call is unanswered or the line is engaged?
A: Yes. As soon as your call is connected you are charged for. If you are not connected, you are not charged.

Q: Can I top up through a pay zone outlet?
A: No , you can Top up your account by sign in to your accounts in our web page www.paragoncall.com or www.paragoncall.co.uk . The topped up balance will be updated instantly.

Q: Can I use Paracall from PayPhones and land line phones by dialling toll free no.(0800)?
A: Yes you can. But it will charge you extra 0.01p/munite.

Q: Where can I find a list of charges for each country?
A: Our website has a detailed list of all the countries available, with their charges and access numbers. Just select the country you wish to make the call from and to. View charges.

Q: I have free minutes to national numbers given by my phone/mobile provider; will my free minutes be deducted when I use Paracall?
A: All our access numbers are local numbers to whichever country you are calling from, and so you will be charged at a local rate and accepted as a local call. There are no hidden charges, only the local access charges at the local rate will appear on your usual bills.

Q: Is there any other way I can use Paracall apart from using a phone?
A: Yes, The Paracall web site has a downloadable Dialler, so now you can make calls from your PC. Just download and install the Dialler application on your PC and log in by entering your SIP authentication as your user name and password and then follow the Paracall instructions to make a call. You can make use of our Web Phone too, which does not require a download, so its perfect for use in internet cafes. Your Paracall account will be debited for the calls so you don’t have to worry about paying! Just enjoy the conversation. You need to use microphone or air phone when using the Web Phone or Dialer.

Q Can I use Paracall when abroad?
A: Yes. .......

Q: How do I obtain a PIN number or SIP authentication number?
A: If you already have an account, just login, go to 'MY PIN' under My Account and find your PIN. Or register and sign-in then find your PIN under my account section.

Q: If I do not top up my account for a certain period will it expire?
A: No, there is no expiry time.

Q: Once I open a Paracall account, do I always have to use the same phone in order to make calls?
A: No, your account is accessible from any phone even if it is not registered, but you will need to use your Pin number to make the calls.

Q: I have made a top-up payment but my account balance has not updated and I am unable to make calls?
A: Before you make a payment, make sure you have the correct details in hand. If you pay by card, you will need the long number across the card, the expiry date, start date or issue number and the last 3 digits of your security number, found on the back of the card.

Q: What should I do if my credit/debit card has been refused when placing an order?
A: If your credit or debit card was refused whilst placing an order on www.paragoncall.com or www.paragoncall.co.uk , please re-submit your order using a different card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your card issuer.

Q: Do I receive a confirmation once I have made a payment to top-up?
A: Yes, you receive an email immediate after you top up your balance. Alternatively you can check your account by accessing your personal account using your number and password. A list of payments, calls made, the duration of the calls and much more are detailed in your personal account.

Q: I have forgotten my password to access my details, how do I request a new password?
A: To request a new password, click on 'Login' and click the link Forgot Your Password. Enter your mobile number and email (registered with Paracall) in the box provided and an email will be sent with your new password. Once you have logged on with your new password you can certainly change it to something more memorable.

Q: I have been charged too much for a call. What should I do?
A: Please be aware of any surcharges imposed by your mobile phone provider; contact them for details of your call plan. If you use a payphone using 0800 there is a 1p supplement. If it is a technical error, then please contact us and we will investigate in to the matter.

Q: I Cannot make a connection to my intended destination?
A: Your destination number may be of a remote area where connection is limited. There can also be technical faults which are out of our control but we always try our best with most updated resource to connect your call and with any news on our website.

Q: What is the minimum & maximum amount I can top up?
A: You can top up a minimum of GBP £10 if you top up by our Web site www.paragoncall.com or www.paragoncall.co.uk or www.paracall.co.uk

Q: How long does it take to update my account?
A: Your balance will be updated as soon as you complete your payment if you top up through our online system by your debit /credit card.

Q: How can I see my balance?
A: After login to your Paracall account you can see your current balance there.

Q: How can I make my phone PIN free?
A: Just register as a Direct Call (pin less) customer from our web page www.paragoncall.com or or www.paragoncall.co.uk or www.paracall.co.uk .

Q: Is there any connection charge to call to India or Pakistan or Bangladesh?
A: There is no extra connection charges to call to any Destinations. We are chared only the call cost that described in our international rate on our website.

Q: I am trying to access to one access number but can`t get through or it`s not working, what can I do?
A: Paracall has many different access numbers. For UK clients we've different access numbers so if you can't get through one, please try another. To find more access numbers please click on Access Numbers" or contact our Customer Support .

Q: Can I top up through a pay zone outlet?
A: I am affraid, not at this moment. We will provide this facility very soon. You can Top up your account by sign-in to your accounts in our web page www.paragoncall.com or www.paragoncall.co.uk. The topped up balance will be updated instantly.

Q: Can I use the card in any cash machine to make a top up?
A: No, you can only top up from our web page www.paragoncall.com or www.paragoncall.co.uk or to our authorized agent.

Q: Is there have any connection charge to call to international Destinations?
A: There is no extra connection fees or any service charges to make calls. We charge you only the calls cost that are described in our international rate on our website.
